Share your wedding date, overall look, and where you’re getting ready — California, Colorado, or a destination weekend. This part is quick, simple, and designed to take under a minute.
2. Lock in your date.
Once your deposit is submitted, your wedding date is officially secured with Elwynn + Cass. We then hand-select the artist from our team who best fits your style, timeline, and location — no scrolling portfolios or decision fatigue.
3. Exhale, we’ve got it.
We’ll send your contract, trial details, and a clear beauty timeline. From coordination to wedding-morning flow, we handle everything behind the scenes so you can feel calm, confident, and fully present from trial day to “I do.”

Southern California + Colorado
Bride Hair + Makeup: $550
Preview Hair + Makeup: $550
Bridal Party Hair + Makeup: $325 per person
Bridal Party Hair or Makeup: $225 per person

Bride Hair + Makeup: $750
Preview Hair + Makeup: $600
Bridal Party Hair + Makeup: $355 per person

Optional Add-ons
Touchup Services: $200/hr per artist
Additional artists: $250 per additional artist
(for example this would only be needed if you have a tight getting ready time and need additional artists to complete the services)
Your date is officially yours the moment your deposit is processed.
In the rare event your assigned artist has an emergency, we’ll notify you immediately and provide a trusted replacement or refund your deposit.
