By submitting your deposit, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions with Elwynn + Cass, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”).

1. Purpose of Deposit

The $550 deposit submitted today is a non-refundable retainer that officially secures your wedding date with Elwynn + Cass.
This deposit is applied toward your final balance.

2. Contract Will Follow

You will receive your official contract via email within 24 hours.
Your contract must be signed within 3 days to maintain your reserved date.
If the contract is not signed within the required timeframe, Elwynn + Cass reserves the right to release the date.

3. Rare Circumstances Requiring Refund

In the extremely rare event that Elwynn + Cass is unable to provide an available artist for your secured date due to unforeseen circumstances (such as sudden artist illness or emergency) and no suitable replacement from our team is available, we will notify you immediately.

In this specific circumstance only, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Deposits remain non-refundable for any other reason, including:

Client cancellation

Change of wedding date

Change of venue

Reduction in services

Client-side inability to proceed

4. Service Pricing

By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our starting pricing:

Bridal Hair + Makeup: starting at $550

Bridesmaids/Moms: $325 each

Your final balance will reflect total service count, assigned artist, and details outlined in your contract.

5. Final Payment

Final payment deadlines will be outlined in your contract.
Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposit.

6. Changes to Services

Any additions or changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
Service reductions do not lower the required minimums or payment obligations once booked.

7. Beauty Results Disclaimer

We will always strive to deliver your desired look; however, results may vary based on:

Skin type

Hair type

Prep routine

Environmental conditions

You agree that beauty services are artistic and subjective in nature.

8. Liability

Elwynn + Cass is not responsible for:

Allergic reactions

Sensitivities to products

Skin or hair outcomes before or after services

Delays resulting from late arrivals

Clients must disclose any allergies or medical concerns prior to services.

9. Illness / Force Majeure

Reschedules due to illness or unexpected events will be handled case-by-case.
Deposits remain non-refundable unless Section 3 applies.

10. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason. All concerns must be handled directly with Elwynn + Cass.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as breach of agreement.

11. Photo & Media Release

By booking, you grant permission for Elwynn + Cass to use behind-the-scenes or final look photos for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

12. Agreement

By completing checkout, you confirm that:

You understand the deposit is non-refundable except in the rare instance outlined in Section 3

A contract will follow within 24 hours

You agree to all terms listed here

This checkout serves as your binding agreement until your full contract is signed.
